P0903ZN is a dedicated passive FTA termination assembly belonging to Foxboro P0903 series terminal bases, exclusively paired with the Compact FBM207 16-channel isolated discrete input module of I/A Series DCS, forming a complete digital signal acquisition system.
It is a fully passive wiring transition base without any built-in power supply, signal amplification or isolation circuits; all channel galvanic isolation and fault detection functions are implemented on the FBM207 rack module. The core advantage is the spring compression terminal design: stripped field wires can be directly inserted without pre-crimping cable lugs, greatly shortening on-site wiring construction time and eliminating hidden contact faults caused by loose crimped terminals.
16 independent separated terminal areas correspond one-to-one to the 16 DI channels of FBM207, each channel equipped with independent short test pins.
